What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product line. For hand-stitched balls and bags it typically starts from 100 units per design; for apparel it starts from 50 pieces per design. Smaller trial orders can be discussed for first-time buyers.
Do you offer custom designs & OEM production?
Yes. We work with brands and distributors on full private-label / OEM production — your logo, your colours, your packaging. Send us your design files or sketches and our team will turn them into production-ready samples.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. Sample units (paid or free, depending on quantity) can be shipped worldwide before you commit to a production run, so you can verify quality, colour and fit first.
What is the typical production & shipping lead time?
Production normally takes 25–45 days depending on order size and customisation. Shipping is via sea (FCL/LCL) or air freight through our partner forwarders to 40+ countries.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders, and other arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Payment terms are usually 30% deposit / 70% before shipment.
